When we first opened the doors to Dank Mart in 2020, it quickly became clear that Vancouver was craving something fresh—a place where community, collaboration, nostalgia, and innovation could all come together.  The overwhelming support we received from you, our Dank Fam, helped us grow and expand in ways we never imagined. Thanks to that support, we were able to open a pop-up in Toronto and launch our Robson location, all while continuing to operate on Main Street. Now, we’re fully focused on bringing you everything Dank Mart has to offer, all under one roof!

With the continued support of our community, we’ve already accomplished so much, with new projects being developed every day! We’ve been able to put out content that no other store has—like our live music series, “Dank Sessions”, where we introduce our audience to local talent by inviting artists into the store after hours to play some original tunes. We record these sessions and share them on our socials so you can experience the music we love, wherever you are. And we’ve recently started spinning something new, with our “Dank Radio” program, featuring local DJs who spin custom sets just for our space and customers. Catch these performances live in-store or stream them on YouTube to immerse yourself in the dank vibes.

And it’s not just a space where artists love to perform! We've also become a pre-and post-show stop for talent like Aminé, BLXST, Snak the Ripper, and Lights—who even gave us the honour of helping her celebrate the launch of her album “PEP”, with an exclusive in-store event that featured a custom Pep vending machine. But it’s not just familiar names from the music scene; Olympic snowboarder Mark McMorris, chef and YouTube icon Sam the Cooking Guy, and TikToker, podcaster, and author Drew Afualo have all personally shopped with us in store!

We’ve also had the honor of collaborating with incredible local brands like In House Made, Lee’s Donuts, and Strathcona Brewing Company on projects from custom clothing to limited edition product launches. One of our latest ventures includes launching a hand-picked selection of snacks in select Hudson News stands at the Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto airports, bringing the dank experience to new heights by elevating in-flight snack options!
