Shipping Policy

Please read carefully. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing

Please allow up to 1 business day for order processing. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and delays may occur for orders placed over the weekend, or orders that have inventory discrepancies. 

Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday on business days only to help prevent packages from sitting in carrier facilities over the weekend.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (Monday–Thursday) will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time may be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Times

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped from Vancouver, BC using third-party shipping carriers including but not limited to:

  • ICS

  • UPS

  • Purolator

  • Canpar

  • Canada Post

Once a shipment leaves our facility, it is in the care and custody of the carrier.


Delivery Method

Our standard and free shipping options use standard carrier delivery services, which may not require a signature upon delivery.

This means carriers may leave parcels at the delivery address (such as at the unit door, porch, lobby, or other accessible location) when it is safe and appropriate to do so.

If you require a signature-required delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange a shipping option that includes this service.


Delivery Confirmation

A shipment is considered successfully delivered once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Confirmation may include:

  • carrier delivery scan

  • delivery timestamp

  • GPS delivery confirmation

  • proof-of-delivery photo

  • driver delivery records

Once the carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.


Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • checking around the delivery location

  • checking with neighbors or building management

  • reviewing any building mailrooms or package areas

We will gladly assist by opening a carrier investigation when appropriate.

If a package is believed to have been stolen after delivery, customers may be required to file a police report for theft in order to proceed with certain carrier investigations or claims.


Weather & Product Sensitivity

Certain products (such as chocolate or beverages) may be sensitive to heat or freezing temperatures.

Customers should consider weather conditions at the destination when selecting shipping options. We cannot guarantee product condition if items are exposed to extreme temperatures after delivery.


Summer Shipping

During warmer months (May–October), outside temperatures may affect certain products.

We recommend selecting expedited shipping for temperature-sensitive items. We are not responsible for heat-related product changes once the package is in transit or after delivery.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship orders quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • weather conditions

  • holidays

  • transportation disruptions

  • other events outside our control
